The area's environmental commitment is reflected in several concrete actions at all levels of management:

  • Green Key certified accommodation: this international label guarantees that establishments comply with strict eco-management criteria, in relation to water, energy and waste. These structures are actively committed to reducing their ecological footprint.
  • A natural lagoon system: a true model of sustainable water management, this ecological process uses aquatic plants to filter lake water without the use of chemicals. The result: high-quality water and well-conserved aquatic biodiversity.
  • Green energy production: thanks to the hydroelectricity generated by the Plate Taille dam, supplemented by solar panels installed in the area, the Domaine produces part of its energy from 100% renewable sources. This contributes directly to reducing the CO₂ emissions associated with its activities.
